As an architect with a keen eye for design, my recent stay at Appart'Alencon was quite the experience. Upon arrival, the first impression was a touch misleading—the exterior felt somewhat rough. The spaciousness of the rooms stood out, offering not just luxury but also practicality with well-equipped facilities. I particularly appreciated the flat-screen TV, reliable free Wi-Fi, and the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, which is essential for longer stays. the showers were exceptional—definitely a highlight of the experience. Jonathan, the host, was responsive and accommodating. When a small maintenance issue arose, he promptly addressed it, showcasing effective communication. While the ambiance and amenities leaned towards the luxurious side, one does need to consider the location's cost. It strikes a good balance of luxury versus value, especially for those who prioritize both modern comfort and a central location. Ultimately, if you're searching for an enriching stay in a beautiful yet accessible apartment, Appart'Alencon is worth considering, even if it requires a slightly higher investment.
